How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open any ElecTools app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchase." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't work, email us with your order confirmation and we'll help.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Open any ElecTools app and go to Settings. Tap "Upgrade to Pro" to remove ads and unlock all features for a one-time payment of $2.99. The purchase applies to that specific app.
I think a calculation result is incorrect
All our calculators follow NEC 2023 standards with data from official code tables. If you believe a result is wrong, please email us with the inputs you used and the expected result. We take accuracy very seriously and will investigate promptly.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS purchases or play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory for Android purchases. If you need further assistance, contact us at [email protected].
Do the apps work offline?
Yes! All ElecTools calculators work 100% offline. NEC tables and calculation logic are built into the app. An internet connection is only needed for purchasing Pro or restoring purchases.
